Postural Correction

The main objective of these sessions is to educate people on how to achieve spinal alignment and consequently correct posture. This will be achieved by performing stretching and muscle strengthening exercises, in a simple and easy way to be able to repeat at home.

 

As the body frees itself from the tensions generated in daily life and/or by physical activity, this postural alignment is achieved with much less effort, becoming even natural. Furthermore, when we talk about releasing tension, we cannot help talking about breathing. That is why another topic that is very much discussed during these sessions is conscious breathing.


The postural correction sessions will always be adapted to the needs of each one, being ideal for any person or age group.

Stretching accompanied by conscious breathing will:

- Improve the strength of all muscle fibers

- Increase the yield in any physical activity

- Stretch and define muscles

- Allow for large, painless and effective movements with low energy costs

- Reduce the risk of muscle and joint injuries

Create space to relax the mind and breathe with tranquility

    After a year and a half of regular postural education sessions it is amazing to difference I feel in terms of body awareness and mobility, to besides noticing a clear improvement in my posture.
