Mother BEING

In 2016 I started the most transformative and incredible adventure a woman can go through: I became a Mother BEING.

 

From the moment I get pregnant I became aware of the various phases and changes that a woman's body, mind and emotions suffer, not only throughout pregnancy, but also in the daily life that unfolds after the birth. Thanks to this, my feeling of compassion (Karuna) for a pregnant woman or new moms has developed a lot leading me to the will to give these women all the dedication and care, providing moments of sharing of life experiences and physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

The Mother BEING has available

 

Stretching and relaxation sessions

These sessions aim to bring body and respiratory awareness to women at this very special stage of their lives.

Special attention is paid to the pelvic and sacral region during stretching and mobility exercises in this area. In addition, during pregnancy the pelvic girdle rotates forward accentuating the lumbar lordosis and consequently the above curvatures, which causes some discomfort and pain not only lumbar and sacral as much tension in the back and shoulders. Therefore, these sessions will also be dedicated to the relief of these tensions and discomforts caused by the natural modification of the body.

After birth classes serve to continue the work previously described, but with focus on exercises that give back the muscle support to the pelvic area and abdominal waist.

Thai Yoga Massage


It is a full body massage, done on the floor, where is applied rhythmic movements, palmar and thumb pressure along the energy channels, gentle stretching and conscious use of breath. The massage adapts completely to the various stages of pregnancy and respects the various physical conditions that the pregnant women may have. To learn more about Thai Yoga massage go here.
